Training of computer talents in local universities with the integration of industry and education

文章从产教融合视角出发,分析了计算机类专业人才培养和产教融合面临的困境,确定“一个基础、三个层次、六个方向”的计算机类专业人才培养方向,将产教融合和工程教育专业认证相结合,以互利共赢的产教融合模式,构建了多维度多层次的实践教学体系,在地方本科高校人才培养实践中取得了较好成效。

From the perspective of the integration of industry and education,this paper analyzes the difficulties of the integration of industry and education,and the training of computer talents,determines the training direction for computer majored talents of"one base,three levels and six direction",and combines the integration of industry and education with Engineering Education Accreditation to built a multi-dimensional and multi-level practical teaching system with a mutually beneficial and win-win integration of industry and education model,which has achieved good results in the practice of talent training in local universities.
