不同硫化体系对CSM性能的影响

摘要 探究不同硫化体系对氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)胶料交联程度和力学性能的影响,利用正交实验设计法得出CSM胶料各项性能的最佳配方。结果表明,四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆(DPTT)既能作为促进剂,也能作为硫化剂参与CSM的硫化,有效提高了CSM的交联密度;硫磺(S)对CSM胶料拉伸强度、撕裂强度、定伸应力和硬度的影响最大,当S、促进剂2、2′-二硫代二苯并噻唑(DM)和MgO用量分别为0.5份、1份、1份时,CSM硫化胶综合性能最佳。 This article explores the effects of different vulcanization systems on the cross-linking degree and mechanical properties of CSM compounds,and uses the orthogonal experimental design method to obtain the best formula for various properties of CSM compounds.The results show that DPTT can be used as an accelerator and a vulcanizing agent to participate in the vulcanization of CSM,effectively increasing the crosslinking density of CSM;sulfur has the greatest impact on the tensile strength,tear strength,tensile stress and hardness of CSM compounds.When S,DM and MgO are selected as 0.5phr,1phr,and 1phr respectively,the comprehensive performance of CSM vulcanizates is the best.
