摘要
研究了丁苯橡胶SBR1712(结合苯乙烯质量分数为23.5%)和SBR1721(结合苯乙烯质量分数为40.0%)的生胶门尼黏度(M)对混炼胶门尼黏度(M_(b))、硫化胶的35 min 300%定伸应力(σ)、拉伸强度(τ)及扯断伸长率(λ)的影响。结果表明,生胶的M增大,SBR1712和SBR1721的M_(b)、σ、τ和λ均呈线性升高,且M值每增加1个单位,SBR1712和SBR1721的M_(b)、σ、τ、λ分别升高0.12和0.19、0.03 MPa和0.32 MPa、0.06 MPa和0.32 MPa、3.05%和1.14%。M升高幅度相同时,SBR1712的M_(b)、σ、τ增长幅度低于SBR1721,而λ增长幅度高于SBR1721。
In this paper,the effects of the raw rubber Mooney viscosity(M)on the properties of SBR1712(bound styrene at 23.5%)and SBR1721(bound styrene at 40.0%),such as blending rubber Mooney viscosity(M_(b)),modulus at 35 min(σ),tensile strength(τ)and elongation at break(λ),were investigated.The results show that as the raw rubber Mooney viscosity increases,M_(b),σ,τandλof SBR1712 and SBR1721 all increase linearly.For every 1 unit increase in M value,M_(b),σ,τandλof SBR 1712 and SBR1721 increase by 0.12 and 0.19,0.03 MPa and 0.32 MPa,0.06 MPa and 0.32 MPa,3.05%and 1.14%respectively.When M rises the same,the growth rates of M_(b),σandτof SBR1712 are lower than that of SBR1721,whileλis higher than SBR1721.
