摘要
综述了近年来二烯烃类橡胶和热塑性弹性体环氧化改性的主要方法、环氧化过程中的开环副反应以及利用环氧基团与多元胺、多元酸、酸酐等的反应实现的几种相对环保的交联方法,并对环氧化改性后弹性体的性能及应用做了相关的评述。
This article reviews the main methods of epoxidation modification of diene rubber and thermoplastic elastomers and the side reaction of ring opening in the epoxidation process in recent year.Several relatively environmentally friendly crosslinking methods achieved by the reaction of epoxy groups with polyamines,polycarboxylic acids,anhydride,and so on,were also elaborated and commented.Finally,the properties and applications of the epoxidized modified elastomer were summarized.
