习近平总书记倡导的人类命运共同体理念,既有鲜明的中国特色,又蕴涵着全人类的共同价值。这一理念倡导各国在追求自身利益的同时,也兼顾其他国家的利益,加强合作以实现共赢。构建人类命运共同体,需要各国人民共同努力,积极参与才能得以完成。华侨华人分布于世界各地,具有广泛的人力资源、全球性的华商网络、融通中外文化的优势等特点,是构建人类命运共同体的重要力量。他们可以依托自身拥有的优势,在宣介和践行人类命运共同体,增进民心相通,参与和深化“一带一路”倡议,融通中外经济发展,传承和传播中华文化,加强文化互学互鉴等层面发挥积极的作用。不容忽视的是,中外国家关系、海外华侨住在国的国家政策和民族政策、中国对外政策和侨务政策的变化等是华侨华人在构建人类命运共同体中发挥作用的制约因素。

The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping has distinctive Chinese characteristics and common values of all mankind.It advocates that all countries take into account the interests of other countries while pursuing their own interests,and strengthen cooperation to achieve win-win results.Building a community with a shared future for mankind requires the joint efforts and active participation of the people of all countries.Overseas Chinese are distributed all over the world and have the characteristics of rich human resources,the global Chinese business network and the advantages of integrating Chinese and foreign cultures,making them an important force in building a community with a shared future for mankind.Relying on their advantages,overseas Chinese can play an active role in promoting a community with a shared future for mankind,improving the people-to-people exchanges,participating and implementing the“Belt and Road”initiative,integrating Chinese and foreign economic development,inheriting and disseminating Chinese culture,and strengthening cultural exchange and mutual learning.What cannot be ignored is that the relationship between China and foreign countries,the national and ethnic policies in the countries as the residence of overseas Chinese,and the changes of China's foreign policy and overseas Chinese affairs policies are the restriction factors for the roles of overseas Chinese in building a community with a shared future for mankind.
