Enhancement of cooperative governance in higher vocational education institutes is the critical factor in system construction of modern vocational institutes,building scientificgovernance system and improvement of governance ability.With view of new development pattern,it is necessary to have deep understanding of intentions and factors of cooperative governance and to change the ideas in the aspects of building scientific concept of cooperation governance,creating high quality governance team,perfecting the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperative governance and constituting science evaluation system in order to promote the development of vocational education with high quality through interfacing with new requirement and exploring new paths by the pioneering and innovative spirit.
