高职院校“四维一体”全方位育人路径探索——以天津铁道职业技术学院为例

Exploration on Integrated Four-Dimension All-round Educating Path in Higher Vocational Education Institutes——e.g.Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College

天津铁道职业技术学院贯彻落实习近平总书记关于高职院校职业教育的重要论述,坚守为党育人、为国育才,紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务,高度重视学生思想政治教育工作,在“三全育人”大格局下,探索构建家、校、企、社“四维一体”全方位育人体系。从实践教育角度出发,引导和推动学生深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,为党和国家培养出新时代中国百年建设者和可靠接班人。

Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College,by carrying out the important speeches of General secretary Xi Jinping on vocational education on higher vocational educational institutes,stands fast to cultivation of talents for the Party and the State and pay high attention to the ideological and political education on students adhering to the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in talents cultivation.The exploration has been made on the Integrated Four-Dimension(Home,School,Enterprises and Society)all-round educating system under the big pattern of All-through,Overall and All people talent cultivation.Started from the practical education,we should guide and promote the students for in-depth learning and carrying out the thought of Xi Jinping about Socialist with Chinese characters in the new era and cultivate the constructor to a century China’s new era and reliable successor for the Party and State.
