开放大学“产教融合”支持经济社会发展有效性研究——基于超效率DEA模型

Study on the Effectiveness of"Industry-Education Integration"in the Open University in Supporting Economic and Social Development——Based on Super Efficiency DEA Model

开放大学“产教融合”对经济社会发展发挥着重要作用。为了分析其“产教融合”对经济社会支持有效性,首先对已有研究进行梳理,寻找开放大学“产教融合”对经济社会支持有效性的相关指标;然后使用各省指标数据,借助超效率DEA模型计算出各省开放大学“产教融合”对经济社会发展支持的效率水平,衡量各省相对水平并对其效率值作出评价;最后在实证分析的基础上提出各省作为基本决策单元的相关优化策略建议。

The integration of industry and education in open universities plays an important role in economic and social development.In order to analyze the effectiveness of the"industry education integration"on economic and social support,this paper first combs the existing research to find the relevant indicators of the effectiveness of the"industry education integration"on economic and social support of open universities,and then uses the provincial index data,with the help of super efficiency DEA model to calculate the efficiency level of the"industry education integration"on economic and social development support of open universities in each province,to measure the differences among provinces and evaluate the efficiency of the system.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward relevant optimization strategies and suggestions for provinces as basic decision-making units.
