开放大学面临办学定位、外部竞争和内部发展等矛盾问题,文章提出江苏开放大学根据发展实际,科学定位,打造实力,立足地方办开放大学,走出了具有江苏特色的高水平开放大学转型发展之路。

At present,the open university is facing some problems,such as unclear orientation,severe external competition and challenges,and intensified internal contradictions.This paper puts forward the transformation and development strategy of Jiangsu Open University,which is based on the reality of development,scientific orientation,building strength,and local Open University.It has walked out of the transformation and development road of high-level Open University with Jiangsu characteristics.
