摘要
传统的碾压混凝土坝施工过程中,停盘冲毛后的水平施工缝面浇筑混凝土前,或者超过碾压混凝土直接铺筑时间的层面,一般均采用铺设水泥砂浆的方法进行层、缝面结合处理。赞比亚下凯富峡水电站碾压混凝土层面处理引入成熟度概念,在层缝面根据修正成熟度值采用铺洒水泥净浆替代水泥砂浆,检查结果,效果良好,且方便快捷。
In traditional construction process of RCC dams,the horizontal construction joints after scouring and before pouring concrete,or the layers that exceed the direct paving time of RCC,generally adopt the method of laying cement mortar to deal with the bonding between layers and joints.The RCC layer treatment of the Kaifu Gorge Lower Hydropower Station in Zambia introduced the concept of concrete maturity.According to the revised maturity value,the cement paste was used to replace the cement mortar on the seam surface.The inspection indicates favorable effect and the construction process is convenient and efficient.
