抽水蓄能电站锚杆支护质量无损检测应用 被引量:2

摘要 锚杆支护质量不仅作为单元工程质量验评的重要依据,更涉及工程围岩岩体稳定性,其无损检测技术在很多行业中已经得到大量普及。在新的水电行业质量等级评定标准中,对支护质量主控项进行了调整,加入了锚杆长度及注浆密实度,并明确了其采取无损检测进行质量检测的标准。抽水蓄能电站锚杆支护部位点多面广,其无损检测数据有所不同。文章采用锚杆无损检测技术对新疆阜康抽水蓄能电站典型工程锚杆实测数据进行总结归纳,并对多类型锚杆实测数据进行分析,应用结果表明锚杆无损检测技术是识别锚杆支护质量提高锚杆施工工艺的有力保证,可为抽水蓄能电站施工期锚杆无损检测提供了依据。 The quality of anchor support is not only an important basis for the quality assessment of the unit project,but also involves the stability of the surrounding rock,which is of great importance to all parties in the construction of the project.In the new quality rating standards for hydropower industry,the main control items of support quality have been adjusted to include anchor length and grouting compactness,and the quality standard of non-destructive testing has been clarified.The anchor support of pumped storage power station involves a wide range of points and their NDT data are different.This paper summarizes the anchor rod measurement data of typical pumped storage power station in Xinjiang Fukang and analyzes the data of various types of anchor rods.The application results show that the anchor rod non-destructive testing technology is a powerful guarantee to reflect the anchor rod anchorage quality and improve the anchor rod construction technology,and also provides a basis for the application of anchor rod non-destructive testing technology in the construction of pumped storage power station.
