摘要
文章介绍了立式水轮机导叶端面间隙值设置及密封结构设计对水轮机性能及后期运行的影响,以及优化设计端面间隙的基本方法和不同的端面密封结构形式;提出了设计过程和现场安装注意事项,并结合水电站水轮机导叶端面间隙值设置及密封结构优化设计经验,提出了若干意见。
This paper introduces the impact of guide vane end clearance setting and seal structure design on the performance and operation of the turbine,the basic method of optimizing the end clearance design and various sealing structures;Concerns during the design process and on-site installation are proposed,and combined with the experience of end clearance setting of the guide vane and the optimization design of the sealing structure,several suggestions are put forward in the paper.
