面向东北亚的汉语国际教育专业人才培养问题探索

A Study about Students Cultivation in Chinese Major for International Community Specially towards Northeast Asia Countries

东北地区高校汉语国际教育专业面临着培养层次低、“本土化”不够、课程门类过多、就业定位过窄等问题,因而形成了就业难、对口就业率偏低的困难局面。然而,在该专业的师资、实习、招生、就业等方面,东北三省高校也具有相应的区位优势。东北高校应深入认识并充分利用这些优势,面向东北亚国家的就业市场,切实改革汉语国际教育专业的课程体系,适当区分专业方向,改善国内外实习条件,拓展招生就业渠道,以期有效提高人才培养的质量。

Low degree,insufficient localization,too many course types and narrow employment orientations are the problems of Chinese Major for International Community in Northeast China universities.The existence of those problems leads to the difficult employment situation and low counterpart employment rate.However,Northeast China universities also have corresponding location advantages in professional teachers,internship,enrolment and employment opportunities.Northeast China universities should fully understand and make use of the location advantages to effectively reform curriculum systems,appropriately differentiate major directions,improve internship conditions at home and abroad and expand enrollment and employment channels for employment markets of Northeast Asian countries so as to effectively improve their quality of students cultivation.
