摘要
中国法律史是法学本科阶段一门重要的基础理论课程。由于多方面原因,这门课程在当前教学实践中存在课程定位不准确、课程价值认识不深刻、教学改革与创新不足等诸多问题。现实的困境亟需改革和突破。正确把握课程定位,明确学科发展方向;汲取传统法律文化精华,科学阐释当代价值;更新教学理念,改革教学方法,使课堂教学生动有趣的同时不失深度与智慧。这不仅是法学教育培养法律人才的应有之义,更是传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化的客观需要。
History of Chinese Law is an important basic theoretical course in law undergraduate education.Due to various reasons,the course has many problems in current teaching practice,such as inaccurate course orientation,not Profound course value understanding,insufficient course reform and innovation,etc.The realistic dilemmas call for reform and breakthrough;correctly grasping the orientation of curriculum and clearly defining the direction of discipline development;absorbing the essence of traditional legal culture,explaining the contemporary value scientifically;renewing teaching idea,reforming teaching method.The above teaching reforms make classroom teaching lively and interesting while not losing depth and wisdom,which is not only the proper meaning of cultivating legal talents in legal education,but also the objective demand for inheriting and carring forward the chinese excellent traditional culture.
