活性炭碘吸附值测试标准的特点与适用性 被引量:3

摘要 对比分析了GB/T 12496.8—2015《木质活性炭试验方法碘吸附值的测定》、GB/T 7702.7—87《煤质颗粒活性炭试验方法碘吸附值的测定》、GB/T 7702.7—2008《煤质颗粒活性炭试验方法碘吸附值的测定》、ASTM D 4607—2014《测定活性炭中碘值的标准试验方法》、JIS K1474—2014《活性炭的试验方法》5种国内外活性炭碘吸附值检测标准的特点,分别采用这些标准测试了3种典型活性炭样品的碘吸附值,在此基础上讨论4个活性炭碘吸附值测试标准间的等效关系及适用性。结果表明:除去JIS K1474—2014之外的4种测试方法碘吸附值结果具有可比性;GB/T 12496.8—2015具有试剂消耗少、操作流程简捷、测试时间短、结果偏差小、能够弥补GB/T 7702.7—2008检测方法不足等特点,可以有效把控活性炭质量;GB/T 7702.7—2008与ASTM D 4607—2014标准试验精密度要求高,社会承认度高,适用于科学研究、产品仲裁。但此测试方法操作步骤繁琐以及当碘吸附值小于600 mg/g时测试值偏差大,不适用于周期短、检测量大以及精密度要求高的样品检测。 This paper compared and analyzed GB/T 12496.8—2015“Determination of Iodine Adsorption Value of Woody Activated Carbon Test Method”,GB/T 7702.7—87“Determination of Iodine Adsorption Value of Coal Granular Activated Carbon Test Method”and GB/T 7702.7—2008“Coal Granular Activated Carbon Test Method”Determination of Iodine Adsorption Value of Activated Carbon,ASTM D 4607—2014 Standard Test Method for Determination of Iodine Adsorption Value of Activated Carbon,JIS K1474—2014 Test Method for Activated Carbon and other 5 kinds of domestic and foreign standards for detection of Iodine adsorption value of activated carbon were used to test the iodine adsorption value of 3 kinds of typical activated carbon samples.On this basis,the equivalence relationship and applicability of the four standards for measuring the iodine adsorption value of activated carbon were discussed.The results showed that the iodine adsorption values of the four test methods except JIS K1474—2014 were comparable.GB/T 12496.8—2015 has the characteristics of less reagent consumption,simple operation process,short test time,small deviation of the results,which can make up for the lack of GB/T 7702.7—2008 detection method,and can effectively control the quality of activated carbon;GB/T 7702.7—2008 and ASTM D 4607—2014 standard test requires high precision,high social acceptance,suitable for scientific research,product arbitration.However,this test method is not suitable for the detection of samples with short cycle and large amount of detection,as well as the detection of samples with low iodine adsorption value requiring high precision,due to the complicated operation steps and large deviation of the test value when the iodine adsorption value is less than 600 mg/g.
