图书馆智慧数据服务策略研究

Research on Library Smart Data Service Strategies

智慧数据服务助力图书馆智慧升级,图书馆应主动发挥创新服务作用,通过智慧数据服务完善智慧图书馆建设。文章在梳理智慧数据服务内涵的基础上,分析智慧数据服务相关政策、理论研究及实践现状,进而构建图书馆智慧数据服务框架,并探讨各层次的作用机理。最后,从优化配置智慧数据资源、基于用户画像细化智慧数据服务、以技术赋能智慧数据服务、依托评价与反馈机制持续增强智慧数据服务效能、培养馆员和用户智慧数据素养等方面提出服务策略。

Smart data service helps the library upgrade its wisdom.The library should take the initiative to play a greater role in innovative services and the construction of smart libraries should be improved with the help of smart data services.On the basis of sorting out the connotation of smart data service,this paper analyzes the related policies,theoretical research and existing practice in this area,constructs the framework of library smart data service and discusses the mechanism of different levels.The service strategies are put forward from the following aspects:optimizing the allocation of intelligent data resources,refining intelligent data services based on user portraits,empowering intelligent data services with technology,continuously improving the efficiency of intelligent data services based on evaluation and feedback mechanisms,and cultivating librarians and users’intelligent data literacy.
