在新冠肺炎流行期间,美国大学图书馆通过受控数字借阅方式提供馆藏图书的在线访问。受控数字借阅服务模式起源于美国,因疫情期间被美国不同类型图书馆的广泛使用而受到世界各地同行越来越多的关注。文章介绍受控数字借阅的起源与发展历程、服务优势、实施的法律依据和遵循原则,分析其典型实践探索和目前存在的争议。以此为借鉴,为改善大学图书馆馆藏的广泛数字访问,国内大学图书馆应积极制定有效的馆藏数字开发与管理策略;参与协作式数字馆藏建设;借助DRM技术创新数字馆藏服务;探索大学图书馆的数字化转型。

During the COVID-19 pandemic,American academic libraries provided online access to their physical collections through controlled digital lending.The controlled digital lending service model originated in the United States.It has attracted increasing attention from colleagues around the world due to its widespread use by different types of libraries in the United States during the pandemic.The article introduces the origin and development history,service advantages,legal basis and principles of implementation of the controlled digital lending,and analyzes its typical explorations and current controversies.Taking this as a reference,in order to improve the wide range of digital access to academic library collections,domestic academic libraries should actively formulate effective strategies for the digital development and management of their collections;participate in collaborative digital collection construction;innovate digital collection services with DRM technology;explore the digital transformation of the academic library.
