幼林胶园覆盖葛藤改善土壤细菌群落结构

摘要 行间覆盖绿肥是幼林胶园管理的主要方式之一。覆盖葛藤可以有效提升胶园土壤质量,以往的研究在改变胶园土壤微生物多样性和结构方面研究较少。通过幼林胶园行间覆盖葛藤试验,研究对胶园土壤细菌群落结构特征的影响。结果表明:覆盖葛藤提高了0~20 cm土层有机质含量24.38%和pH 4.60%,调节了土壤细菌群落结构。1379个细菌性OTUs比对注释在23门、55纲、103目、184科、366属;其中,丰度不低于0.5%的属分类水平上注释的29个细菌中,Achromobacter和Delftia丰度在覆盖葛藤后分别是不覆盖的31.94和7.22倍,Acinetobacter比不覆盖的显著降低13.30%。相关分析表明土壤有机质的升高是细菌群落变化的主要原因。研究表明,幼林胶园覆盖葛藤2年,提升土壤有机质和氮含量,调节土壤pH,改善土壤细菌群落结构,增强胶园物质转化与利用。 It has been one of the major management methods to cover green manure between rows in young rubber plantation. Covering kudzu vines can effectively improve soil quality in rubber plantation,but it is still unknown in improving soil microbial diversity and structure.Effects of covering kudzu vines between rows on characteristics of bacterial community structure in the soil of rubber plantation were studied in young rubber trees in this experiment.The results showed that the content of organic matter and pH was significantly increased by 24.38% and 4.60% in 0 ~ 20 cm soil,while the structure of soil bacterial community was adjusted.A total of 1379 OTUs annotation included 23 phylum,55 classes,103 orders,184 families and 366 genera.Among them,among the 29 bacteria annotated at the genus classification level with aboudance not less than 0.5%,the richness of Achromobacter and Delftia with kudzu were 31.94 times and 7.22 times of that without kudzu,while the richness of Acinetobacter decreased by 13.30%.Correlation analysis showed that the increase of soil organic matter was the main cause of bacterial community change.The results showed that covering kudzu vine in the young rubber plantation for 2 years will help to improve the content of soil organic matter and nitrogen,adjust soil pH,improve the structure of soil bacterial community and enhance the transformation and utilization of rubber garden materials.
