Optimization of sintering mixture and corresponding technical measures of blast furnace

摘要 由于烧结矿转鼓强度较差,使得返矿比激增,这将增加烧结生产成本并影响高炉顺行。为解决这一问题,本文对烧结配矿结构进行调整并进行工业试验,主要研究加拿大精粉配加量对烧结矿质量的影响。结果表明:当加拿大精粉配比为7.37%~9.19%时,烧结矿转鼓强度达到78.22%,利用系数增加至1.36 t/(m2·h),固体燃料消耗下降至59.2 kg/t;同时,为应对烧结矿化学成分的变化,及时对高炉装料制度、渣制度及热制度进行调整,从而降低了镁铝比,提高了高炉的经济指标。 Due to the poor tumbler strength of the sinter,the proportion of sinter is increased sharply,which will increase the cost of sintering production and affect the blast furnace performance.To solve this problem,the sintering blending structure is adjusted and industrial experiments are conducted in order to study effect of Canadian fine powder dosage on sinter quality.The results show that,when the Canadian fine powder ratio is 7.37%~9.19%,the tumbler strength,utilization factor and solid fuel consumption of sinter reach 78.22%,1.36 t/(m2·h)and 59.2 kg/t,respectively.At the same time,in response to changes in the chemical composition of sinter,timely adjustments are made to the blast furnace charging system,slag system and thermal system,thereby reducing the magnesium-aluminum ratio and improving the economic indicators of the blast furnace.
