摘要 为研究高炉炼铁过程中钾对球团矿冶金性能的影响,本文采用气相吸附法在球团矿上吸附不同质量的钾元素,观察球团矿富钾和还原后的宏观及微观形貌和结构变化规律,并研究富钾球团矿的还原膨胀性和还原性。结果表明:球团矿吸附的钾元素在球团矿表面主要以氧化钾及硅酸钾形式存在,且球团矿表面裂纹随富钾量的增加而逐渐增加;钾可促进氧化铁在还原过程中铁晶须的形成,同时钾元素在还原后的球团中多以低熔点的硅酸钾形式存在,可促进球团矿渣相熔点下降,导致其还原膨胀性明显增加;富钾可提高球团矿还原度。本文研究成果可为深入研究碱金属对高炉冶炼过程的影响提供理论依据。 To study the effect of potassium on the metallurgical properties of pellets during blast furnace iron-making,different mass of potassium is adsorbed on pellets by gas phase adsorption method,the macroscopic and microscopic morphology and structure change laws of the pellets after potassium enrichment and reduction are observed,and the reduction swellability and reducibility of potassium-rich pellets are researched.The results show that the potassium element adsorbed by the pellets mainly exists in the form of potassium oxide and potassium silicate on the surface of the pellets,and the surface cracks of the pellets gradually increase with the increase of the potassium content;potassium can promote the formation of iron whiskers during the reduction of iron oxide,and the potassium element is mostly in the form of low-melting potassium silicate in the reduced pellets,which can promote the decline of the melting point of the pellet slag phase,resulting in a significant increase in its reduction swellability;Potassium enrichment can increase the reduction degree of pellets.This study can provide a theoretical basis for in-depth study of the influence of alkali metals on the blast furnace smelting process.
