细磨卡粉制备熔剂性球团的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 粗粒卡粉经细磨后是一种优质的球团原料,具有降低膨润土用量、改善球团冶金性能等优点。本文以经湿式球磨得到的卡粉为原料,研究细磨卡粉用于制备熔剂性球团(碱度=0.8)时,卡粉配比及预热焙烧制度对生球和成品球质量以及冶金性能的影响。结果表明,细磨后卡粉的微细颗粒质量分数增大,比表面积达到1619 cm^(2)/g;随着细磨卡粉配比由35%提高至45%时,生球落下、抗压强度明显提高,有利于降低膨润土用量;成品球抗压强度由2971 N/P降至2855 N/P,但仍可满足高炉冶炼要求。另外,细磨卡粉的配入可以改善成品球的还原性和高温软熔性能。 The coarse grinding powder is a high-quality raw material after fine grinding powder,which has the advantages of reducing the amount of bentonite and improving the metallurgical properties of the pellets.In this paper,the powder obtained by wet ball milling is used as the raw material to study the influence of powder ratio and roasting system on the quality and metallurgical properties of green balls and finished pellets when the fine grinding Carajas powder is used to prepare fluxed pellets(alkalinity=0.8).The results showed that the content of fine particles of powder increases,and the specific surface area reaches 1619 cm^(2)/g;As the proportion of fine grinding powder increases from 35%to 45%,the green balls'falling and the compressive strength is significantly improved,which is beneficial for reducing the amount of bentonite.The compressive strength of the finished pellets is reduced from 2971 N/P to 2855 N/P,which can meet the requirements of blast furnace smelting.In addition,the blending of fine grounding powder can improve the reducibility and high-temperature reflow properties of the finished ball.
