Home Intelligent Monitoring System Using Computer Vision Technology

摘要 本文针对家庭监控场景,利用计算机视觉图像处理算法,对视频图像中的目标信息进行提取与分析。首先利用背景减除法提取运动目标,接着使用HOG特征与SVM分类算法检测定位人体,排除其他物体的运动,对提取的轮廓来做跌倒检测。实现对家庭内部的人员入侵、跌倒等异常行为进行检测、识别,及时有效地对家庭中的突发事件进行报警。
