摘要
肥胖是诱发糖尿病、高血压和癌症等多种疾病的主要因素,选择健康有效的减肥方法至关重要。该研究采用文献和实验法,分析了两种减肥方法的减肥效果和对身体成分变化的影响。结果显示:运动干预和营养干预对降低体重都具有一定的效果。但是,运动干预减重会增加骨骼肌和基础代谢,营养干预会减少骨骼肌和基础代谢。运动干预比营养干预在减少内脏脂肪方面更显著(P<0.05),体重反弹速度较慢。因此,运动干预减肥是健康有效的减肥方法。
Many diseases such as diabetes,hypertension and cancer are mainly induced by obesity.It is very important to choose a healthy and effective weight loss method.Literatures and experiments methods are applied to analyze the effects of weight loss and body composition changed.The results show that exercise intervention and nutrition intervention have certain effects on weight loss.However,exercise intervention to lose weight will increase skeletal muscle and basal metabolism,while nutritional intervention will reduce skeletal muscle and basal metabolism.Exercise intervention reduced visceral fat more significantly than nutrition intervention(P<0.05),and weight rebound is slower.Therefore,exercise intervention to lose weight is a healthy and effective way to lose weight.
