摘要
目的对北京市2020年1例肾综合征出血热死亡病例感染的汉坦病毒进行溯源分析。方法收集病例的血液样本,用ELISA法检测汉坦病毒IgM、IgG抗体,用实时荧光RT-PCR法检测汉坦病毒核酸并分型,对获得的序列进行比对分析。结果该病例的血液样本汉坦病毒IgM抗体阳性,IgG阴性,核酸检测为汉滩型汉坦病毒,系统进化分析显示该毒株的M片段与吉林毒株CBAa11-106和CBAa11-26,S片段与辽宁毒株DandongHu-22序列最为接近。结论根据流行病学史和序列分析的结果,推测该病例可能于辽宁省探亲期间被感染。
Objective To genotype and molecular analyze the pathogen of one dead case of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Beijing in 2020. Methods The blood samples were tested for hantavirus IgM and IgG by using ELISA. Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect hantavirus nucleic acid and genotyping. The obtained sequences were analyzed. Results The blood samples of the dead case were all positive for IgM,but negative for IgG to hantavirus.Real-time RF-PCR showed that the isolate was hantaan(HTN) virus. The phylogenetic analysis of the M segment showed that the isolate was closed to CBAa11-106 and CBAa11-26 strain of Jilin province,the S segment was closed to DandongHu-22 strain of Liaoning province. Conclusion It was speculated that the dead patient maybe got infection during visit in Liaoning province based on the epidemiology and gene sequence analysis.
