重庆口岸出境劳务人员艾滋病预防性干预措施研究

Study of intervention measures for AIDS among outbound workers at Chongqing Port

目的了解重庆口岸出境人员艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况,为今后开展艾滋病宣传教育的新方式提供依据和策略。方法通过线下问卷调查的形式收集数据,对每个被调查者进行发放阅读宣传手册以及播放宣传片的干预措施,分析两种干预措施前后被调查者对于艾滋病相关知识的知晓率、艾滋病的相关行为态度的变化。结果重庆口岸出境人员对艾滋病相关知识的总体正确率8.33%~100.00%,在一对一发放宣传手册干预之后,再次填写问卷的总体正确率33.33%~100.00%;播放宣传片宣教之后,总体正确率22.94%~100.00%,最低正确率有一定提高。干预前后,对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况变化的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对于艾滋病病人的行为态度有明显转变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阅读宣传手册和播放宣传片有利于提高口岸出境劳务人员艾滋病相关知识的知晓率,并且一对一宣传教育效果优于播放宣传片。

Objective To investigate the awareness of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)-related knowledge among outbound personnel at Chongqing port,and to provide a basis and strategy for carrying out new ways of AIDS publicity and education in the future. Methods A offline questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data.Intervention measures including distributing brochures and broadcasting promotional videos were taken to each respondent. An analysis was performed on the changes in the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge and behavior and attitude of the respondents to AIDS before and after the interventions. Results Before the interventions,the outbound personnel had overall accuracy rate of 8.33%-100.00% in terms of AIDS-related knowledge.After the one-on-one intervention viareading,the brochure,the overall accuracy rates were 33.33%-100.00%. After watching the propaganda video,the overall accuracy rate was 22.94%-100.00%,and the minimum accuracy rate was improved. There were significant changes in the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge and behavior,and attitude of the respondents to AIDS patients after the interventions(P<0.05). Conclusion Reading brochures and broadcasting promotional videos were helpful for improving the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among the outbound workers at ports,and one-on-one publicity and education was better than playing the promotional video.
