摘要
近年来,可持续发展能力成为衡量一座城市经济发展是否良性、健康的热点.城市在发展经济的同时,对应的环境和资源难免会有一定程度的污染和损耗,必然产生矛盾.为了实现城市的经济、社会、环境均衡可持续发展,必须正视这些矛盾.注意到现有的城市可持续发展评价方法都忽略了矛盾特性.从矛盾的视角,给出了双极值模糊环境下一种新的城市可持续发展综合评价方法.新方法将ELECTRE方法扩展到双极值模糊环境中,并嵌入DEMATEL方法获取属性的权重.新方法同时考虑了城市可持续发展矛盾和属性相互关系对最终决策的影响.实例证明了新方法更符合城市可持续发展的需求.
In recent years,sustainable development capability becomes a hot point to measure whether the economic development of a city is good and healthy.While developing the economy,the corresponding environment and resources of the city will inevitably have a degree of pollution and loss,which will inevitably lead to conflicts.In order to achieve the balanced and sustainable development of economy,society and environment of the city,we must face up to these conflicts.It is noted that the existing evaluation methods of urban sustainable development ignore the conflict characteristics.In this paper,we use the powerful ability of bipolar fuzzy set for describing conflicts to present a new comprehensive evaluation method of urban sustainable development from the perspective of contradiction.The new method extends ELECTRE method into the bipolar fuzzy environment and inserts DEMATEL method to obtain the weight of the attribute.The new method also considers the impact of the correlation between the contradiction and attribute of urban sustainable development on the final decision.The example shows that this method is more suitable for the needs of urban sustainable development.
