摘要
讨论我国内河集装箱港口运营效率水平,构建DEA三阶段分析法,对2011-2015年我国长江、珠江以及京杭大运河流域共23个内河集装箱港口的运行效率进行对比分析.研究表明:我国内河集装箱港口综合技术效率因纯技术效率和规模效率的影响,五年间呈现较低水平,并且内河流域港口连续5年内均呈现不平衡状态,不同的外部环境因素对我国内河集装箱港口的各类投入因素呈现不同的影响.当港口不受环境因素和随机干扰的影响时,每个港口间的不同效率水平都显示了波动,从而验证了环境因素和随机变量对港口效率影响的重要性,充分考虑外部因素对港口运营效率的影响,有助于内河集装箱港口效率调整的完善和提高.
This paper discusses the operation efficiency level of China’s inland container ports,constructs a Three-stage DEA analysis method,and makes a comparative analysis of the operation efficiency of 23 inland container ports in China’s Yangtze River,Pearl River and Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal basin from 2011 to 2015.The results show that:due to the influence of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,the comprehensive technical efficiency of China’s inland river container ports is at a low level in five years,and the inland river basin ports are in an unbalanced state for five consecutive years.Different external environmental factors have different effects on various input factors of China’s inland river container ports.When the port is not affected by environmental factors and random interference,the different efficiency levels of each port show fluctuations,which verifies the importance of environmental factors and random variables on port efficiency.Fully considering the influence of external factors on port operation efficiency is helpful to improve the efficiency adjustment of inland container port.
