摘要
研究基于工序约束的复杂产品供应商多指标优选方法.建立了考虑时间、成本、社会关系的供应商优选指标;基于复杂产品生产装配工序流程,以供应商综合评分为依据,建立了考虑工期和成本的多工序约束下的供应商遴选优化模型,运用了回溯算法进行求解.以大飞机高压压气机装配流程的供应商选择问题为例,为大飞机制造商提供了多种较优方案.
The multi-index optimization method of complex product suppliers based on process constraints is studied.A supplier selection index considering time,cost and social relations is established;Based on the production and assembly process flow of complex products and the comprehensive score of suppliers,an optimization model for supplier selection under multi-process constraints considering duration and cost is established,and a backtracking algorithm is applied to solve the problem.Taking the supplier selection of the high-pressure compressor assembly process of a large aircraft as an example,it provides a variety of better solutions for large aircraft manufacturers.
