摘要
住院患者发生谵妄不仅会导致住院时间延长、病死率增加,还会导致远期认知功能和生活质量下降。目前国内外谵妄评估系统、谵妄风险预测系统以及知识教育系统应用效果令人满意,但是预防及干预系统的设计和临床效果不佳。本文基于移动健康技术在谵妄领域的研究进行综述,旨在为我国医护人员合理选用移动健康于临床应用提供依据。
Delirium in hospitalized patients will not only lead to a longer length of hospital stay and an increase in mortality,but also a decline in long-term cognitive function and quality of life.At present,the application effects of delirium assessment system,delirium risk prediction system and knowledge education system at home and abroad is satisfactory,but the design and clinical effects of prevention and intervention system are not good.This article is based on researches on mobile health technology in the field of delirium,aiming to provide a basis for medical staff to rationally select mobile health in clinical application in China.
