新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间心血管植入型电子器械术后患者的线上管理探讨 被引量:1

Online management of patients with cardiovascular implantable electronic devices during the COVID-19 epidemic

摘要 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控期间应用"起搏患者在线"微信公众号对心血管植入型电子器械(CIED)术后患者进行随访管理的可行性。方法2020年1月30日至2020年3月29日应用"起搏患者在线"微信公众号对在北部战区总医院心内科行CIED治疗的部分患者进行线上随访管理,完善"起搏患者在线"应用体会的问卷调查,分析公众号应用情况、患者对公众号的具体使用需求及应用满意度。结果共入选1623例患者,通过"起搏患者在线"接收图文咨询160个,96.9%(155/160)的问题可以线上处理。接收非预期远程传输数据71次,公众号解决有效率100%(71/71)。723例问卷调查结果显示,89.8%(649/723)患者愿意选择"起搏患者在线"进行随访及疾病咨询,94.7%(685/723)患者认为该公众号操作便利,77.5%(560/723)患者认可"起搏患者在线"解决问题的效力,患者利用公众号进行图文咨询(82.7%,598/723)是主要目的。相比于诊室随访,患者认为应用"起搏患者在线"具有节约就医时间(587/723,81.2%)、专业性较强(444/723,61.4%)等优势。结论COVID-19疫情防控期间应用"起搏患者在线"微信公众号对CIED患者进行术后管理有效可行。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of follow-up management of patients with cardiovascular implantable electronic devices(CIED)by using the"Pacing Patient Online"WeChat official account during 2019-nCoV epidemic outbreak in China.Methods During the severe period of COVID-19 outbreak(January 30,2020 to March 29,2020),"Pacing Patient Online"WeChat official account was used to implement follow-up management of CIED patients and collect the questionnaires about the online follow-up experience from the patients.The application of official account,the specific usage needs and satisfaction of the official account were analyzed.Results A total of 1623 patients were selected,and 160 of them received graphic consultations through"Pacing Patient Online",and 96.9%(155/160)of the problems could be solved online directly.Unexpected remote data transmission from 71 cases were received,and 100%(71/71)were solved by WeChat official account.Seven hundred and twenty-three questionnaires were received,and 89.8%(649/723)of the patients would like to choose"Pacing Patients Online"for follow-up and consultation during COVID-19,and 94.7%(685/723)of the patients considered it was convenient to use the WeChat official account,and 77.5%(560/723)of the patients accepted the effectiveness of solving problems through"Pacing Patient Online".The main purpose of patients to use the WeChat official account was for graphic consultations(82.7%,598/723).Compared with clinic follow-up,patients believed that the application of"Pacing Patients Online"had the advantages of saving time(81.2%,587/723),strong professionalism(61.4%,444/723).Conclusion It is effective and feasible for CIED patients to use"Pacing Patient Online"WeChat official account for the postoperative management during the COVID-19 period.
