基于Aspen HYSYS的紧急终止系统动态模拟研究

摘要 采用Aspen HYSYS对某工业化装置中紧急终止系统进行了动态模拟计算。分析考察了在重力作用下液相紧急终止系统中终止注入阀尺寸、终止剂注入管径以及液位差等参数对终止剂注入时间的影响,得到了仅在重力作用下设计该系统的相关参数;同时计算了在不考虑液位差时压力差和氮气缓冲罐分别作用情况下终止剂注入时间的变化,得出了适合本项目的液相紧急终止系统设计所需相关参数,为工程化实施提供了设计依据。 The dynamic simulation calculation of the emergency kill system in an industrial device was performed with Aspen HYSYS.The effects of the size of the injection valve,the diameter of the injection pipe and the kill drum-reactor’s liquid level differenceon on the injection time of the killing agent in the liquid phase emergency killing system under the action of gravity were investigated.The relevant parameters of the system were obtained under the action of gravity only.Meanwhile,the variation of injection time of killing agent was calculated without considering the difference of liquid level,pressure difference and nitrogen buffer tank respectively,and the relevant parameters suitable for liquid phase emergency kill system design of this project were obtained,which provided the design basis for the engineering implementation.
