摘要
玻璃钢(简称FRP)由增强型纤维材料与基体材料经过缠绕、压模或拉挤等成型工艺而形成的层状结构复合材料。具有强度高、抗腐蚀性强、耐久性能好等优点。结合实际工程案例中高盐污水管道选材和布置的情况,对传统的金属管道与玻璃钢管道进行对比分析,探讨玻璃钢管在架空高盐污水管上的应用可行性。
Fiber reinforced plastic(FRP)is a layered structure composite material formed by winding,compression molding or pultrusion process between reinforced fiber material and matrix material.It has the advantages of high strength,strong corrosion resistance,good durability,etc.In this paper,based on the material selection and arrangement of high salt sewage pipe in practical engineering cases,traditional metal pipe and FRP pipe were compared,and the feasibility of the application of FRP pipe in the overhead high salt sewage pipe was discussed.
