Research Progress on Thermal Insulation Technology for Steam Pipe Network

摘要 蒸汽管网具有输送介质温度高、用量大的特点,在管线散热损失及其造成的经济损失方面存在较大的优化空间,选用先进高效的保温材料与保温结构、应用先进的保温技术是企业节能创效的有效途径。综述常用保温材料及其研究进展,介绍不同油田开采公司、炼化企业开展的基础实验研究或蒸汽管网优化改造,结果表明气凝胶——硅酸盐复合保温材料相比传统保温材料具有更优的保温性和长期经济性,逐步得到了广泛应用。 The steam pipe network has the characteristics of high temperature and large consumption of transmission medium. There is large space for optimization in the heat loss of pipeline and the economic loss caused by it. The selection of advanced and efficient insulation materials and structure and application of advanced insulation technology are the effective ways for enterprises to save energy and create efficiency. This paper summarizes the commonly used thermal insulation materials and their research progress, introduces the basic experimental research or steam pipe network optimization and transformation carried out by different oil field mining companies and refinery enterprises, and the results show that aerogel silicate composite thermal insulation materials have better insulation performance and long-term economy than traditional thermal insulation materials, and have gradually been widely applied.
