摘要
通过对磨煤机碾磨出力、通风出力、干燥出力,以及投标文件中计算出力、最大出力及运行后期出力、保证出力等概念的论述,结合磨煤机选型设计计算,提出ZGM磨煤机可达出力概念。以ZGM磨煤机为研究对象通过热平衡计算方法,分析ZGM轮式磨煤机可达出力影响因素,给新建机组磨煤机设计选型提供可借鉴经验。
Through the discussion on the concepts of mill output, ventilation output, drying output, as well as the calculated output, maximum output, output in the later stage of operation and guaranteed output in the bidding documents,combined with the design and calculation of mill type selection, the concept of achievable output of ZGM coal mill is proposed. Taking the ZGM coal mill as the research object, through the heat balance calculation method, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the attainable output of the ZGM wheel mill, and provides reference experience for the design and selection of the mill of the new unit.
