摘要
针对菏泽电厂二期脱硫废水处理系统处理能力不足、产水水质难以达标、以及药剂安全隐患等问题,探索出脱硫废水处理系统"一步法"高效絮凝工艺,经絮凝反应可有效去除废水中的悬浮物、氟化物、硫化物、重金属离子,降低化学耗氧量和氨氮,并有效调节pH值。经济效益和环境效益十分显著,为"节能减排"和"污染物控制"工作做出了贡献。
In view of the problems such as insufficient treatment capacity of the second-phase desulfurization wastewater treatment system of the Heze Power Plant, difficulty in meeting the standards for the quality of the water produced, and hidden dangers of pharmaceutical safety, a ‘one-step’ high-efficiency flocculation process was developed for the second-stage desulfurization wastewater treatment system of the Heze Power Plant. The flocculation reaction can effectively remove suspended matter, fluoride, sulfide, heavy metal ions, reduce chemical oxygen consumption and ammonia nitrogen, and effectively regulate the PH level. Economic and environmental benefits are very significant, for‘energy saving and emission reduction’ and ‘pollution control’ work has made a contribution.
