摘要
根据国家现行相关环保政策,燃煤电厂应全面实施超低排放改造。结合某电厂3×200 MW机组脱硫设备现状,从高效除雾器选型、加装托盘可行性及吸收塔部件消缺三个方面入手,通过深入研究和分析论证,采用脱硫除尘一体化技术,确定了3台200 MW机组烟气脱硫超低排放改造的总体设计方案,并阐述了脱硫超低改造实施过程和运行投用效果。
According to related current environmental protection policy, the coal-fired power plants should carry out ultra-low emission retrofit. Combining status of 200 MW unit desulfurization equipment in a power plant, in view of efficient demister type selection, feasibility of adding tray and defect elimination of absorption tower components, design scheme of ultra-low emission desulfurization retrofit for 200 MW unit is determined adopting integrated desulfurization and dust removal through research and analysis, the implementation and operation results are described.
