“双分双合、四位一体”信通学科研究生创新人才培养模式的研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 为进一步深化信通学科研究生人才培养模式改革,不断提升高层次人才培养能力,首先探讨了研究生人才培养模式的内涵与要素,进而针对信通学科发展特征与趋势,分析了信通学科研究生人才培养模式改革面临的机遇与挑战。在此基础上,提出了“双分双合、四位一体”信通学科研究生创新人才培养模式改革思路,详细阐述了该模式“双分”矩阵式培养体系、“双合”特色型育人环境和“四位一体”三全型育人机制的主要内容与实施方法。该模式以服务规模化需求为导向,以精细化培养的“育”与差异性发展的“学”为抓手,在人才培养和应用推广等方面实践成效显著,有力推动了本学科研究生教育的内涵式发展。 In order to further deepen the reform of the talent-cultivating mode for the graduate students majoring in Information and Communication Engineering(ICE),and constantly improve the ability of high-level talents cultivation,the connotation and elements of the talent-cultivating mode for graduate students are investigated first.Then opportunities and challenges of the talent-cultivating mode reform for the ICE graduate students are analyzed based on the characteristics and development trends of the ICE discipline.To address these challenges,the innovative talent-cultivating mode of“Double Division,Double Integration,Four in One”for the ICE graduate students is proposed.The main contents of this mode include the“Double Division”matrix cultivation system,the“Double Integration”characteristic education environment,and the“Four in One”three-wide education mechanism.To meet the large-scale demand for talents,the proposed mode focuses on the elaborate cultivation and differentiated learning,and achieves notable results on talent cultivation and applications.This mode effectively promotes the connotative development of the graduate education of the ICE discipline.
