文章分析了电气自动化技术专业“三棱锥式”人才培养模式的改革与实践的研究背景,提出了基于稳定职业能力为目标的“职业素质+专业知识+岗位技能”的人才培养模式,打破以理论教学为主体的传统课程体系,构建了“1个目标”“2个平台”“5个模块”和“3条主线”的“1253”课程体系,并提出了解决问题的主要方法。

This paper analyzes the research background of the reform and practice of the“three pyramid”talent training mode of electrical automation technology specialty,puts forward the talent training mode of“professional quality+professional knowledge+post skills”based on the goal of stabilizing professional ability,breaks the traditional curriculum system with theory teaching as the main body,constructs the“1253”curriculum system of“one goal”“two platforms”“five modules”and“three main lines”,and puts forward the main methods to solve the problems.
