运动干预阿尔茨海默病的研究进展

Research progress of exercise intervention on Alzheimer’s disease

阿尔茨海默病是一种由于脑神经细胞凋亡、丢失而造成的不可逆的神经退行性疾病,药物治疗和非药物治疗都只能减缓该病进程,至今仍没有可逆转疾病进程的治疗手段。本文从阿尔茨海默病特征入手,阐述了多种运动方式对阿尔茨海默病的改善作用,以期拓展非药物治疗阿尔茨海默病的治疗手段。

Alzheimer’s disease is a high incidence disease among the elderly.Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is an irreversible neurodegenerative disease caused by the apoptosis and loss of brain nerve cells.Both drug therapy and non-drug treatment can only slow down the progression of AD,but there is no successful treatment method to reverse the disease process.Based on the characteristics of Alzheimer’s disease,this paper reviewed the improvement of various exercise modes on Alzheimer’s disease,in order to expand non-drug treatments for Alzheimer’s disease.
