核心素养视域下体育教师专业发展的逻辑与思路研究 被引量:6

摘要 运用文献资料法,在厘清体育教师专业发展与学生发展核心素养的内在逻辑基础上,探讨了基于核心素养的体育教师专业发展内容与特点,提出了从提升自我职业认同,激发体育教师专业发展的内生动力;加强个人自主研修,提高体育教师专业发展的教育技术能力;重视同伴合作互助,构建体育教师专业发展的学习共同体;整合学校内外资源,建立体育教师专业发展的保障机制等体育教师专业发展的思路与策略。 Using the literature method,based on clarifying the internal logic of the professional development of physical education teachers and the core literacy of student development,the content and characteristics of the professional development of physical education teachers based on the core literacy are discussed,and the methods for enhancing self-professional identity and stimulating the professional development of physical education teachers are proposed.Endogenous motivation;strengthen individual independent research and training,improve the educational technology ability of physical education teachers for professional development;attach importance to peer cooperation and mutual assistance,build a learning community for physical education teachers’professional development;integrate internal and external resources in the school,establish a guarantee mechanism for physical education teachers’professional development,and other physical education teachers’professions Ideas and strategies for development.
