摘要
为明确96份玉米杂交种对甘蔗花叶病毒(SCMV)引起的玉米矮花叶病的抗性差异,于2011-2015年间通过苗期人工摩擦接毒和成株期自然感病相结合的方法进行田间抗性鉴定。结果表明,未发现高抗材料(HR);‘兴达糯1号’‘五谷2010’‘2011’‘正德306’‘豫丰96-68’‘818’‘临早杂1号’‘正德305’‘甘农963’和‘金穗51216’等10份材料表现抗病(R),占供试材料的10.4%;‘CN8706’‘甘农821’‘东单339’‘NF09’‘玉源209’等22份材料表现中抗(MR),占供试材料的22.9%;‘宁玉524’‘潞玉36’‘陇单026’‘9909’‘龙生1号’等22份材料表现感病(S),占供试材料的22.9%;‘龙单1号’‘平玉8号’‘金518’‘登海605’‘超甜603’等42份材料表现高感(HS),占供试材料的43.8%。
In order to confirm the resistances of 96 maize hybrids to dwarf mosaic virus caused by SCMV,the identification was done by the combination of artificial rub-inoculation at seedling stage and natural susceptibility at whole growth stage from 2011 to 2015.The results showed that there was no high resistance,ten maize varieties were resistant,such as‘Xingdanuo 1’‘Wugu 2010’‘Wugu 2011’‘Zhengde 306’‘Yufeng 96-98’‘818’‘Linzaoza 1’‘Zhengde 305’‘Gannong 963’‘Jinsui 51216’,accounting for 10.4%of the total varieties.22 varieties were moderately resistant,such as‘CN 8706’‘Gannong 821’‘Dongdan 339’‘NF 09’‘Yuyuan 209’,accounting for the 22.9%.22 varieties were susceptible,such as‘9909’‘Ningyu 524’‘Luyu 36’‘Longdan 026’‘Longsheng 1’,accounting for 22.9%.42 varieties were highly susceptible,suchas‘Longdan 1’‘Pingyu 8’‘Jin 518’‘Denghai 605’‘Chaotian 603’,accounting for 43.8%of the total.The identification results showed that the resistance of varieties to dwarf mosaic is confirmed,which can provide decision and basis for variety approval and rational distribution.
