An Adjustable Bucket Position-limiting Mechanism of Pull Rod Type Side-mounted Bucket Garbage Truck

目前市场上侧挂桶垃圾车大量使用,在垃圾桶卸料时,由于惯性力垃圾桶会前倾,尤其是垃圾成分越来越复杂的情况下,垃圾成分中含有大量水分、建筑垃圾等,导致垃圾桶装载量往往处于超载状态。在这种使用状态下,过大的惯性力易造成垃圾桶挂桶沿磨损严重甚至发生掉桶现象。针对以上问题,本文研发了一种可调式挡桶机构,在垃圾桶卸料时,能对垃圾桶进行限位,提高了使用安全性和垃圾桶的使用寿命。

At present,the side-mounted garbage trucks are widely used at the market.When it is discharged,the garbage bucket will tilt forwards due to inertial force.Especially the collected garbage by users are becoming more and more complex,the garbage buckets are always overloading because there are lots of water,construction waste and other trashes in the garbage.Under overloading condition,excessive inertial force is likely to cause serious wear on the edge of garbage bucket or even drop out of the bucket.In response to the above-mentioned problems,the author has researched an adjustable bucket positionlimiting mechanism.This mechanism can limit the position of the bucket when it’s discharged.And this technique is able to improve the safe application and prolong the service life of the garbage bucket.
