液态硝酸铵液罐保温绝热效果数值模拟分析

摘要 为了液态硝酸铵在储存运输过程中减少热损失,有必要对液态硝酸铵液罐的保温性能进行分析。本研究提出了一种液态硝酸铵液罐保温方案,对液罐进行了数值模拟,分析了温度场分布特性与热损失情况。研究表明,采用对罐体进行外侧包裹厚150 mm玻璃棉作为保温层,与所有支座和牵引固定带外侧包裹20 mm厚的气凝胶的方案,大大减少了热损失,使得液态硝酸铵液温度稳定,更具有实用性和经济性。 In order to reduce the heat loss during the storage and transportation of liquid ammonium nitrate liquid,it is necessary to analyze the insulation performance of liquid ammonium nitrate liquid tanks.In this study,a thermal insulation scheme for liquid ammonium nitrate liquid tank is proposed,and the tank is numerically simulated to analyze the temperature field distribution characteristics and heat loss.The study shows that the use of the outer side of the tank wrapped with 150 mm thick glass wool as the insulation layer and all the support and traction fixed belt wrapped with 20 mm thick aerogel outside the scheme,greatly reducing the heat loss,making the liquid ammonium nitrate liquid temperature stability,more practical and economic.
