This paper introduces the demand analysis of MES system,and puts forward the solution and optimization strategy for some specific problems in the process of use.By analyzing the goal of MES overall planning,the process design of MES is proposed and the function of MES is determined.Based on the implementation of MES,the process control and information management of steel structure enterprises have been realized,the process design and rapid response ability of enterprises have been improved,and the production risk control and operation cost reduction have been realized.The implementation of MES plays an important role in improving the management efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises and enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises.
