摘要
高光谱成像技术是植物病害检测中常用的一种无损检测技术,可以检测植物的内部结构和化学成分的变化,进而实现植物病害的早期检测和预防。以柑橘为例采用高光谱成像技术,能及时获取柑橘的生长信息对柑橘的病害预防有重要作用。利用高光谱图像系统采集每个样本的光谱图像,将正常的叶片光谱图与染病的叶片光谱图作对比获取感兴趣区域的光谱信息值,通过光谱信息值可分析出柑橘所得病种,从而实现柑橘病虫害的早期识别。
Hyperspectral imaging technology is a non-destructive detection technology commonly used in plant disease detection.It can detect the changes of plant internal structure and chemical composition,so as to realize the early detection and prevention of plant diseases.Taking citrus as an example,hyperspectral imaging technology can obtain the growth information of Citrus in time,which plays an important role in Citrus disease prevention.The hyperspectral image system is used to collect the spectral image of each sample,compare the normal leaf spectral map with the diseased leaf spectral map,and obtain the spectral information value of the region of interest.Through the spectral information value,the disease species of citrus can be analyzed,so as to realize the early identification of Citrus diseases and pests.
