在荷兰本土城市更新加速发展的语境下,建筑改造、增建扩建、历史建筑修复以及"适应性再利用"项目增幅明显。该文旨在探讨荷兰适应性再利用的背景、发展趋势、经验方法,从类型与策略两个维度深入阐析存量建筑再利用的具体"适应性"设计策略。通过梳理从类型差异的多样案例到设计主体视角的适应性再利用实践,拟勾画出荷兰建筑师和事务所介入各类适应性改造中的空间策略、材料策略和技术方法,以期为更多高密度国家或地区的城市更新及存量改造提供可借鉴的经验。

In the context of accelerated urban renewal development in the Netherlands,there has a significant increase in building renovation,extension,restoration and adaptive reuse.We try to explore the background,development trend and empirical method of adaptive reuse in the Netherlands,and analyze the adaptive strategy of existing buildings from two dimensions,types and strategy.By discussing the adaptive reuse practices from different types and diverse perspective of architects,we intend to outline the spatial strategy,material approach and technical method involved in various projects.In addition,we expect to provide reference for urban renewal and building transformation in more high-density countries or regions.
