Traditional Architectural Culture,Urban Water Culture and Green Concept:An Interpretation of Regional Design Strategy for Qianjiang Citizens’Home

现今,国内城市建设正在高速增长,快速发展的同时出现了千城一面,城市建筑千篇一律的现象。尊重城市地域特色、挖掘地域文化的建筑地域性设计对展现城市精神,表达城市特色具有重要意义。该文通过潜江市民之家项目的设计策略解读,探讨如何在城市新区建设中将地域文化融入现代建筑,设计具有荆楚地区地域特色,同时体现城市文化、价值、精神的市民之家建筑,即通过对荆楚地区地方性建筑设计方法的探究与应用,为类似设计实践提供参考。

Nowadays,domestic urban construction is growing at a high speed.Under the background of rapid development,many cities have the same appearance and urban buildings are all the same.The regional architectural design that respects the regional characteristics of the city and excavates the regional culture is of great significance to show the city spirit and to express the city characteristics.Through the interpretation of the design strategy for Qianjiang citizen’s home,we discuss how to integrate regional culture into modern architecture in the construction of new urban area,and design a citizen’s house building with the regional characteristics of Jingchu region and reflecting the city’s culture,value and spirit.That is,through the exploration and application of the local architectural design methods in the Jingchu area,it can provide reference for similar design practice.
