糖脉通络汤辅治2型糖尿病下肢血管病变临床观察

目的:观察用糖脉通络汤辅治2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效。方法:98例随机分为两组各49例,两组均用常规疗法治疗,观察组加用糖脉通络汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PWD、MWD、ABI高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血管内径、峰值流速、血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖脉通络汤辅治2型糖尿病下肢血管病变效果较好。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tangmai Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods:Ninty-eight cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group were treated with Tangmai Tongluo Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PWD,MWD and ABI of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The blood vessel diameter,peak flow velocity,and blood flow velocity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tangmai Tongluo Decoction has a better effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.
