摘要
脂肪酸是一种长度可变的碳氢链,一端是甲基,另一端是羧基。脂肪酸具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒等多种生理功能,在当前禁抗大背景下,脂肪酸以其良好的抗菌效果而逐渐被用作抗生素替代品。本文综述了不同类型脂肪酸的生理功能及在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为脂肪酸的科学使用以及开发功能性脂肪酸产品提供理论依据。
Fatty acid is a hydrocarbon chain of variable length with a methyl group at one end and a carboxyl group at the other.Fatty acids have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antiviral and other physiological functions,in the context of the current prohibition of antibiotics,fatty acids are gradually used as substitutes for antibiotics due to their good antibacterial effects.This review summaries the physiological function of different types of fatty acids and its application in livestock production in order to provide references for scientific use of fatty acids and theoretical basis for the development of functional fatty acids as substitutes for antibiotics.
