摘要
以长江经济带核心城市武汉为例,分析森林、湿地、土地和生物多样性等自然资源禀赋,在此基础上提出了运用NbS(基于自然的解决方案)的理念和方法,提升森林、土地、湖泊湿地等生态碳汇能力以及统筹生物多样性保护的可行性措施,以期为长江经济带挖掘生态碳汇在碳中和进程中的作用提供借鉴。
In order to achieve China's carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060,necessary measures in the fields of energy,industry and market must be taken.Meanwhile,it is also crucial to increase carbon sink.Chinese government has also made it clear that the ability of ecological carbon sink is one of the key tasks of carbon peak and carbon neutral.In recent years,"Nature-based Solutions"(NbS),which has been recognized and paid more and more attention,has provided new ideas and methods for increasing ecological carbon sequestration capacity.Taking Wuhan,the core city of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,as an example,this paper analyzes its natural resource endowments such as forests,wetlands,land and biodiversity.Based on this,this paper proposes feasible measures with the concept and methods of NbS to improve the ecological carbon sequestration capacity of forests,land,lakes and wetlands,as well as coordinating biodiversity conservation.It is expected to provide reference for the role of ecological carbon sink in the process of carbon neutralization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
